Orders are carefully inspected for quality & proper packaging before shipment. If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Since RetroPop deals with popular culture collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we may not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
Please make sure to inspect your items upon receiving your order. If an item is found damaged from shipping we must be notified within 72 hours from Delivery Date. After such date no refund or exchange will be accepted due to damage.
If you have products to return, you must notify RetroPop to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA Number.
Products must be returned in their entirety in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in salable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either original or a copy).
No refund or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of purchase!
